Drakengard 3

Drakengard series featured two deliveries that went unnoticed by the beloved PlayStation 2. In fact some time has passed since the release of Drakengard 2, but Square Enix is determined to launch a third party to PlayStation 3. Let's meet Mikhai Zero and his dragon in this trailer for Drakengard 3.

The story of Drakengard 3 passes before the events of the first game, this title being a prequel. This time we will see how the land was devastated because of various wars. To end this conflict, five mysterious figures called Intoners descended from the heavens and, using his ability to use magic through song, defeated the main causes of the war. Adored by the people, the Intoners became rulers of various regions of the world. Time after sixth Intoners, called Zero, appears on the scene with the determination to kill her five sisters.

But Zero will not be alone and with the help of his dragon Mikhai. As the story progresses we will know the true intentions of the protagonist who plans to kill her sisters. As for the gameplay of Drakengard 3, do not change too much to that seen in previous deliveries, maintaining the style of hack and slash next to air combat while riding the dragon. Zero can go up in level, gaining powerful new combos in addition to using various blunt weapons. It will also feature a meter called Tension Gauguin that will fill up as we get to make several combos on enemies.

In turn, this strain gauge is linked with two bars and Excited Mode and Intoners calls Mode, allowing us to unleash the full potential of our antihero. As for the dragon, Mikhai, this can help dropping from the sky with their wings lunging and biting at our enemies. When mounting we attack with flames of fire and even enter Intoners increasing our power mode twice. Drakengard 3 is being developed by Access Games, available exclusively for PlayStation 3 as of December 19, 2013 in Japan. The Western version will arrive during 2014.
