Apple feeds the rumors about the iTablet

Comparison between the iPhone's screen and the iTablet

The rumor that Apple would soon be launching an iTablet follow the agenda, especially now that we know that the company would have re-signed Michael Tchao, one of the developers of what is now considered one of the devices precursors PDAs: the Newton.

Tchao his position in the company will be the President of Product Marketing, depending directly from Phil Schiller, Apple Senior Vice President and who would polish the shoes of Steve Jobs.

But reports about the iTablet not end there, because a site published some of the features that would have this new device:

* It should have a 10.7 inch screen
* Use the same operating system as the current iPhone, as if design
* I would go in two models: With 3G connectivity and without it
* It would be five times higher resolution than the iPhone (there is talk of 720p)
* Released: January 19, 2010

Clearly this team would not enter into competition with the Netbooks, it would be thought of as a multimedia player with communication skills (it may be possible to use it as eBooks)
