As contradictory as it may seem, it is necessary to relax every morning when we get up.
Millions of people in the world do the opposite, they get up and with the death trap of toxic information from the news, to see what temperature it is outside before going to work, they let their subconscious become contaminated, and they begin to generate high levels of stress, mental tension...
Most peoplebeings gettin up in the wrong way and that can affect the rest of the day in a very negative way, and also when we are tense we do not generate correct vibes of attraction, since when we are tense, the degree of energy vibration is minor preventing the power of positive attraction from manifesting.
Always relax yourself and meditate to attract anything you want. It works better specially if you visualize and feel the energy that you allready have what you desire, focus and keep trying until if manifest in you reality whatever you want.
Whatever you repeat daily with mind and words or when you talk to someone or to yourself is what you are attracting to your reality.
Always take your time and write on a piece of paper what you would like to attract, it works everytime.
The asking proccess:
Numerous factors also come into play here and it is easy but not simple. First visualize that objective that you have already clarified in the previous step, visualize it concretely, this is where you can help yourself with photos of phrases, posters, etc. And most importantly, visualize it with faith.
States of consciousness appear, it is important to have an awareness of gratitude for what you already have, an internal feeling that life has been generous to you and that you have a lot to thank it for. Some will think that this is not the case, but first: they are here, alive, and they may have health, hot water, a roof over their heads, food on their plate and people who love them, everything that they already take for granted and only focus on What they lack, what they fail at, cannot be asked from there.
