Have breakfast smoothie? Recipes for Slimming Very fast!


 Getting a bunch of vitamins and nutrients to start the day can be very beneficial for our health and weight, but .. where will we get that much of vitamins and nutrients? nothing more and nothing less than a fruit smoothie!

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and experts recommend to be the highlight of the day, but to highlight not refer to something that contains meat, fat and calories. This should contain mainly milk, assorted fruit, cereals etc .. Only in this way we obtain an important source of calcium, iron, vitamins and zinc, but did you know all this and more can be found in a shake if we know how to prepare .

Having for breakfast a smoothie not only give us more energy during the day but also help us lose weight and maintain the shape and weight, it will prevent us to have anxiety to consume more foods rich in sugars during the day because we will have swallowed all the nutrients, calories and energy that our body needed during the morning.

Substituting for a milkshake breakfast you'll be eating something delicious slimming and we know you'll love.

But to achieve our goal we must not consume just any smoothie, we must consume one to provide all the nutrients mentioned above, it is why then we leave five smoothie recipes that you can use as a substitute for breakfast.
1. Shake substitute breakfast

Ingredients:

a cup of almond milk

A banana

1/2 cup frozen peaches

1/2 cup frozen strawberries

1/2 cup frozen mango

a spoonful of honey


Preparation:

Put all ingredients in blender and liquefy until all ingredients are incorporated, then served in a glass and add a spoonful of blueberries and eat.



2. Shake substitute breakfast

Ingredients:

3 tablespoons oatmeal

a cup of almond milk (you can also use cow milk semi-skimmed or soy)

one tablespoon vanilla extract

A banana

3 almonds

a tablespoon ground cinnamon

ice


Preparation;

Blend together all ingredients until well blended and consumed every day instead of breakfast.



3. Shake substitute breakfast

Ingredients:

3 tablespoons oatmeal

1/2 cup papaya chunks

a natural yogurt

3 almonds

a tablespoon of flaxseed

honey to taste


Preparation:

Blend together all ingredients and add a few ice cubes and honey to taste, when everything is well incorporated is served and consumed instead of breakfast.



4. Shake substitute breakfast

Ingredients:

a cup of grapes

a cup of strawberries

A banana

a glass of coconut water

a branch of al


Preparation:

grapes with seeds and shells and all the liquefier they get and you add the other ingredients, all is blend until well mixed and consumed in the morning instead of breakfast.



5. Breakfast Smoothie substitute

Ingredients:

1/2 banana

1/4 cup blueberries

1/2 tablespoon of flaxseed oil

1/2 tablespoon honey

1/3 cup soy protein

0.3 liters of water


Preparation:
Blend everything and when the ingredients are well incorporated with each other, consumed at breakfast time.
